We introduced the opportunity to a syndicate of investors and then managed the entire process, including finding the best tax structure for the investors, identifying the best investments, debt financing through a UK bank and legal and technical due diligence. In total we have dealt with over 100 individual property transactions in Germany. |

We were able to refinance around 50% of the acquisitions within a year of acquisition, allowing the consortium to take back their equity but continue to benefit from the cash flow generated by the properties. |
